CHAPLI KABAB



Ingredients:


200 grams chicken/ mutton/ beef mince

1 medium onion, finely chopped

2 tablespoons chopped spring onion greens

1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves

1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves

½ tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

1 tablespoon Kebab masala

Salt to taste

1-2 green chillies, finely chopped

Juice of ½ lemon

1 egg

Oil as required 

2 medium tomatoes, sliced 


Method:


1. Mix together chicken mince, onion, spring onion greens, mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, kebab masala, salt, green chillies, lemon juice and egg in a bowl. 

2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into patties. Place a tomato slice in the centre and press. 

3. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Place patties in it and fry till fully cooked and evenly done from both the sides. 

4. Serve hot with onion rings and lemon wedges.
