Ingredients:
1 Kg chicken
3 tomato roughly chopped
2 onion roughly chopped
2 tbs Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tbs garam masala powder
7- 8 curry leaves
100 gm coconut milk
50 gm ginger n garlic
5-7 cardamom
2- 3 Bay leaves
2 Tbs Cumin seeds
Oil for cooking
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in a non stick pan and add cumin seeds then add onions and fry until golden brown. Once they start changing colour add ginger garlic paste, Tomatoes, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, curry leaves, bay leaves, cardamom and saute well. Add a little water if need be. Then add the chicken and coconut milk & salt to taste and let it simmer & cook until it's soft & juicy. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot!
