Chicken Momos


Ingredients: 

2 cups All purpose flour/maida (For kneading the Dough) 

500 g minced chicken 

1 small finely chopped onion

5 finely chopped green chillies 

5 Cloves of garlic finely chopped 

1 cup finely chopped Green onions 

3 tbs Soya sauce 

2 tsp pepper powder

Salt to taste 

4 tbs oil 


Method: 

Make a dough with the flour add a little salt and 1 tbs oil. keep aside for 15 mints. In a mixing bowl add the minced chicken along with onions, garlic, chillies, green onions, salt, pepper & soya sauce. Mix well until everything combines. 

Now take a small portion of the dough and roll it with a rolling pin until its thin, transparent & perfectly round. Place a spoon full of chicken mixture on it and fold it in the desired shape you want your momos to look like. Make all the momos in the similar way. once you are done folding them, its time to fry them in hot oil or steam them in a steamer. The choice is yours. Serve hot with some spicy schezwan sauce!!
