Ingredients:
½ Kg Mutton
2 chopped onions
1 cup yogurt
1 tbs Kashmiri Red chilli powder
1 tbs fennel seed Powder
1 tbs red chilli powder
1 tbs ginger garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbs coriander powder
3 tbs oil
Garam Masala:
2 Bay leaves
1 Cinnamon
5 Peppercorn
4 Green cardamom
2 Dried Red chilli
Method:
Heat oil In a non stick pan add onions and fry until golden brown. Add ginger Garlic paste, all the above garam Masala and mutton and roast well for about 15 to 20 mints. Add 2 cups of water and cover the lid. Cook for 30 mints on medium high flame.
In a mixing bowl add yogurt, Kashmir red chilli powder, fennel seed Powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt to taste. Mix all these ingredients well. Once the Mutton is cooked add this yogurt mixture to make a Gravy. Mix well until everything is incorporated in a gravy and bring it to boil. Cover the lid and cook for another 10 mints. Garnish with fresh Coriander and serve hot.
