Ingredients:
1 Kg Chicken
1 packet Shaan Korma Masala
5 finely chopped onions
4 finely chopped garlic cloves
5 finely chopped green chillies
1 cup yogurt
Method:
Marinate the Chicken overnight in Shaan korma masala & yogurt. Put oil in a non stick pan and saute the chopped onions till golden brown. Then add chillies & garlic and saute for about 5 more minutes. Add a little water to combine all the masala together. Then add the marinate chicken and let it cook on high flame for about 10 mints. Add very little water as the yogurt itself release water while cooking so let the chicken cook in its own juices. Now cover the lid and let it simmer for about 15 mints. usually the Shaan Masala does not require additional salt, so taste before serving in case if you need, add more salt. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with nan /roti.
