Ingredients:
600 grams wheat flour
300 grams semolina
3 egg
4 green cardamom
150 grams powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
1 cup refined oil
salt as required
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup yogurt (curd)
Method:
Take a bowl and combine flour, Semolina (rava), baking powder, green cardamom (powdered), nutmeg powder, salt and mix well. Then add powdered sugar, beaten eggs to the bowl and stir thoroughly.
Stir in curd to this mixture in order to make a soft dough. Make a smooth dough and cover the bowl with any cloth or lid. Keep the bowl unattended at room temperature for about 2 hours or so.
Now roll the dough and make thick round balls from the dough. Take a kadai and heat oil in it on medium flame. Flatten the balls and fry them until they turn brown. Serve as snacks.
