Wheat Flour Pancakes !!

Easy, Healthy Wheat Flour Pancakes!! A healthy way to start your day! 😍 💕





INGREDIENTS:

1 cup whole wheat flour

1 tsp baking powder

2 tsp sugar

salt to taste 

1 egg 

50 ml milk 

(If you do not eat eggs you can replace it with half cup of buttermilk)


METHOD: 

In a large bowl mix egg and sugar and whisk well. Add milk, baking powder, salt and flour and make it into a batter consistency. Heat a non-stick pan, add very little oil and pour the pancake mixture in the pan (about 1 ladle). Let it cook till its light brown in colour then flip the pancake and let it cook for about 2 more minutes until done! serve it hot with butter, Maple syrup and your desired fruits on top!
