Ingredients:
2 chopped onions
1 chopped tomato
½ green capsicum
½ red capsicum
½ yellow capsicum
1 carrot
1 cup green peas
4 green chillies
5 chopped garlic cloves
2 tbs red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
2 tbs coriander powder
1 tbs garam masala
4 tbs pav bhaji masala
1 tbs Pulao masala
2 tbs cumin seeds
2 tbs oil
Salt to taste
2 cup Basmati Rice
Method:
Cook Rice and keep aside. Heat oil in a Tava / nonstick pan and add cumin seeds, let it crackle then add Onions & fry until translucent. Add garlic, chillies and Saute for a while then add all the vegetables and let it cook for about 5 mints, Add water for them to cook well. Then add all the dry masala and cover the lid n cook for 10 to 15 mints until all the vegetables are soft n Cooke perfectly. Now mash all this masala until it's all combined together. Now it's time to add the cooked rice. Add the rice and mix well until every grain of rice is covered with masala. Cover the lid and let it cook for another 10 mints. Garnish with fresh Coriander leaves and serve hot!
