(To make Dough)
1 Cup all purpose flour
1 Tsp Sugar
¼ Tsp Baking soda
½ Tsp Baking Powder
2 Tbsp Sour Curd
1 Tsp oil
¼ Cup Milk
3 Tbs Water
Salt to Taste
(For Stuffing)
3 Tbsp Salted Butter (at room temperature)
1 Tsp mixed Herbs
1 Tsp chilli flakes
1 Tsp crushed Garlic
500 g Mozzarella Cheese
Fresh Chopped Coriander
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
Method:
In a large mixing bowl make a medium soft dough with all the dough ingredients above. Let it rest for 1 hour.
In another small bowl mix the Salted Butter, herbs, chilli flakes & crushed Garlic with a fork until it's all combined.
Now roll the dough with a rolling pin in a circular shape. Apply the Garlic butter on it all over the dough, then add the cheese, chopped coriander and chilli flakes on one side of the circular dough. Now apply very little water using your finger all over the edges. Now fold it over the stuffing on one side and seal it tightly. Apply the same Garlic butter on the top folded part just so that it does not become dry. Make cuts on the top but not too deep. Put it in the preheated oven at 350*f for 30 Minutes. (The Temperature might change according to your oven capacity so keep checking and alter the temperature if need be.) Your yummy Garlic Bread is ready to serve!
