Paneer Tikka Dry!


Ingredients: 

500 g paneer 

4 tbs Yogurt 

1 tsp all purpose flour

1 tsp cornflour 

2 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp turmeric powder

2 tsp black pepper powder

1 tsp Garam masala 

1 tsp coriander powder 

2 tsp dried Fenugreek leaves 

2 tsp cumin powder 

salt to taste 



Method: 

Cut the Paneer / Cottage Cheese in desired sizes cubes. Marinate it in all these above ingredients for about 1 hour. Arrange them on a baking tray & grill/broil on 350* for 20 mints. Sprinkle some chat masala &  Serve with mint and coriander chatni.
