Ingredients:
250 gm Mushroom of your choice
1 large onion thinly sliced
Half cup Red bell peppers cut in cubes
Half cup Yellow bell peppers cut in cubes
Half cup orange bell peppers cut in cubes
3 green chillies
2 tbs soya sauce
5 cloves garlic finely chopped
2 tbs All purpose flour
1 tsp cornflower
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
5 Tbs oil
2 tbs chilli sauce
Half cup spring onions finely chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
Cut the mushrooms in big cubes. Just two halves for each mushroom for better results. (Keep big chunks). Keep aside. In a mixing bowl take all purpose flour add chilli powder,turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cornflower and salt to taste add very little water to make a paste like consistency, keep it thick. Now marinate mushrooms in this batter for about 15 mints.
Heat a non stick pan add oil and shallow fry each mushroom pieces until golden brown, keep aside. In the same pan fry onions until translucent. Add Garlic, green chillies, all the bell peppers and saute well until they are soft. Add soya sauce, chilli sauce Salt to taste and add the fried mushrooms and give it a nice toss, until all the mushrooms are nicely coated. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot!!
