Methi Masala Chicken Recipe:



Ingredients: 

500 g Chicken

5 Finely chopped Onion

1 Large Finely chopped Tomato

4 Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves 

3 Finely Chopped Green chillies 

Half cup Kasuri Methi 

Half cup mint 

Half cup coriander leaves

1 cup Milk 

1 cup yogurt / heavy Cream 



Method: 

Marinate the chicken in ginger garlic paste overnight. Heat oil in nonstick pan and fry the onions till golden Brown. Add the tomatoes and saute for a while. add chopped garlic and green chillies and saute for about 5 more mints! start adding all the whole spices like pepper cons, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, cumin seeds and cardamom. saute all this for about 10 to 15 mints till all the masala is well cooked and the oil starts separating. add a little water to make a paste like consistency. add the marinated chicken to it and coat all the masala by gently stir everything and saute for about 10 more mints. add Mint, coriander leaves and kasuri methi to it and add Milk. let it simmer for about 30 mints until the chicken is cooked. once the chicken is done add the yogurt to make it more creamy you can use heavy cream instead if you want. you can add more kasuri methi & coriander leaves for garnishing on top!! 

Serve hot with Garlic Naan / Rice / Roti .
