INGREDIENTS:
500 g chicken
4 big onions
2 Chopped Potatoes
1 Chopped Potato
1 Tsp ginger garlic paste
4 green chillies
2 tbs chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbs coriander powder
1 tbs garam masala
1 tbs spoon cumin seeds
3 pepper cons
salt to taste

METHOD:
Heat oil in a non stick pan, add the chopped onions and fry them until golden brown add ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, and some pepper cons add the chicken and roast well, add green chillies & potatoes and saute for 10 mints. Then add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, potatoes and salt to taste. Now add a little water to form a gravy, about 1 small cup, do not add too much. cover it with a lid and let it simmer for about 20 mints. Then turn off the gas and add 6, 7 tablespoons of yogurt, mix it until the yogurt mixes well and forms a gravy and serve it hot with Naan or bread or Roti.
