Butter Biscuits / Batasa Biscuits


Ingredients: 

3 Cup All purpose Flour 

220 g Semi Salted Butter 

1 tsp Salt 

1 tsp Sugar 

1 tsp ground cumin seeds

2 tsp Baking powder

50 ml Milk 


Method: 

Mix all the dry ingredients thoroughly then add the melted butter and knead well. Add milk to the mixture and make a firm Dough. let it set for 1 hour then roll into small balls and lay them into a baking tray. Preheat the oven at 250*F and Bake the cookies for 35 mints. Let it cool down for a while and its ready to eat!
