Fish & Chips


Ingredients: 

250g or 3 Basa Fish Fillet 

2 tbsp red chilli powder 

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp garam masala

1 tbsp coriander powder 

2 tsp black pepper powder

Salt to taste

2 tbsp lime juice

3 Finley crushed green chillies

4 cloves crushed garlic

2 tbsp oil

1 small onion cut into round thin slices


Method:

Marinate the fish overnight in all the above ingredients, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, gamar masala, coriander powder, black pepper powder, salt, crushed green chillies, crushed garlic and oil. Grease a baking tray and carefully arrange the marinated fillet. Bake them on 350* F for about 20 mints and the Grill /  Broil / Convection on 400* F for 5 mints to give a little crispy texture on the top. Garnish it with fresh lemon juice and fresh chopped coriander. Serve it with your choice of chips and the thin sliced onion!! All time favourite Fish & Chips is ready!!
